Licenses
You can choose from different license types for each product. A license specifies the purposes for which you are permitted to use the product.
I often combine the "private" and "commercial" licenses. You can then decide for yourself which one applies to your situation. Please note that with Commercial, in some cases you'll need the "Commercial Extended" license. Read below to learn more about the different licenses:
1. Personal use
You may use the product for non-commercial purposes (at home and as a teacher in education). For example, you can print it yourself and display it in the classroom or at home, provided you leave the line/logo/name at the bottom and don't modify the product. You may also not give it away for free or share it with others.
If you want to use the product in a business or commercial context, for example as a coach or psychologist, choose a commercial use license.
2. Commercial Use
You may use the product for a number of commercial purposes, listed below. For example, to display it in your practice or to include it in your newsletter (with my company name and link), provided you leave the line/logo/name at the bottom and do not modify the product.
This license allows you to use the product as follows:
- To print yourself and hang somewhere as a physical poster, for example in your practice or company.
- To share as a preview with your network, for example, in a newsletter or via social media. You must mention my company name and a link to my website, and you may not offer the file itself for download. You may use an image up to 800 pixels wide to showcase the product.
You may not resell or give away the product. This means you may not offer it as (free or paid) material on a website or in a (private or open) learning environment. You may, of course, include a preview with a link to the product on my website.
If you want to use the product as part of a product of your own, such as a course guide, book, giveaway or presentation, you can purchase the extended commercial license.
3. Extended Commercial Use
You may use the product forever in a product of your own, such as a course guide or presentation, or give it away as a promotional gift.
This includes the full license:
- Usage : You may use the Product under this license as part of a proprietary product that you use in your own business, such as a training guide, teaching materials, a gift pack for customers, or a presentation that you give on behalf of your own business or the organization you work for (whether in your own organization or at another organization).
- Attribution and no modification : You must mention my company name and link to my website. You must leave the line/logo/name at the bottom of the product and you may not modify the product.
- Do not resell : You may not resell the product as a standalone product.
- Term : You may continue to use the product in the manner described above forever.
- Exclusivity : This is a non-exclusive license. This means I also sell the product to others.
